Any final furnishing package must be confirmed in writing before purchase, delivery, or installation.

6. Pricing and Quotations

Keyvant’s ability to perform services may depend on access being granted by the owner, developer, site management, security, contractor, or other authorized party.

Keyvant is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by lack of access, site restrictions, missing keys, unavailable permissions, or third-party refusal.

10. Inspections and Snagging Reports

Snagging inspections and handover reviews are based on visible and accessible areas at the time of inspection.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, inspections are not structural surveys, engineering reports, legal reviews, or technical certifications.

Keyvant may identify visible defects, unfinished works, practical issues, and areas requiring follow-up, but we do not guarantee that every hidden, technical, structural, or future issue will be detected.

Clients should seek qualified technical, legal, engineering, or surveying advice where required.

11. Third-Party Suppliers and Contractors

Keyvant may coordinate with suppliers, installers, contractors, developers, agencies, or other third parties as part of service delivery.

Keyvant is not responsible for third-party delays, product defects, supplier stock changes, manufacturer warranty issues, installation defects, price changes, or actions outside Keyvant’s reasonable control, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where products or services are supplied by third parties, their own warranty, return, cancellation, and service terms may apply.

12. Timelines and Delays

Any timeline provided by Keyvant is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing.

Timelines may be affected by:
